What qualification will you obtain by the end of the course?
At the end of the program, you will receive a Diploma issued by the Culinary Institute of Europe which certifies that you have met the requirements of the course and successfully passed the final exam. Our Diploma is privately issued and you will be able to use them in the European Union gastronomy businesses and workplaces, and other parts of the world.
Theoretical, internship and practical classes schedule:
Monday-Friday : online lectures and internship to complete
Saturday: practical class from 13.00 to 18.00 hrs

The academic year starts in September 2020.
How long is the program ?
This is a 1 year long training program, which includes a fall and a spring semester. The entire program is more than 300 hours long.
Secondary school graduation certificate or relevant vocational qualification
Fluency in English
