What qualification will you obtain by the end of the course?


At the end of the program, you will receive a Diploma issued by the Culinary Institute of Europe which certifies that you have met the requirements of the course and successfully passed the final exam. Our Diploma is privately issued and you will be able to use them in the European Union gastronomy businesses and workplaces, and also other parts of the world.

Monday-Friday : online lectures and internship to complete

Wednesdays:              practical class from 17.00 to 21.00 hrs

When does the program start? 

The academic year starts on September 18, 2020.

How long is the program ?

This is a 1 year long training program, which includes a fall and a spring semester. The entire program is  202 hours long. 

Entry requirements: 

  • Secondary school graduation certificate or relevant vocational qualification

  • Health exam

  • Fluency in English
