What qualification will you obtain by the end of the course?

 

At the end of the programme, you will receive a diploma issued by the Culinary Institute of Europe which certifies that you have met the requirements of the course and successfully passed the final exam.

 

Schedule:

Lessons will be held two times a week:

 

Monday: lecture – 18.00 to 19.45 / 20.45

Saturday: practical class – 13.00 to 18.00

 

Date of offsite programmes might vary. 

When does the course start? 

We are working hard to start the programme as soon as possible.

How long does the course take?

This is a one-year training programme, which consists of an autumn and a spring semester. The entire program is more than 300 hours long. 

Entry requirements: 

  • Secondary school graduation certificate or relevant vocational qualification

  • Health exam

  • Fluency in English
