OVERVIEW
The course will give you insight into both the theory and practice of the high art of cooking. You will learn various basic techniques of cooking, frying, roasting and baking, and will be able to use them with confidence. You will gain a comprehensive outlook on the various fields of gastronomy.

We should emphasise that for us, healthy food is not low-calorie food but rather whole food made from fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Sustainability is reflected prominently in each module - in addition to imparting knowledge, we also strive to instil a mind-set that the entire Institute represents.

This is a one-year course, consisting of an autumn and a spring semester with various offsite activites throughout the year. There are exams on theory and practice at the end of each semester. Study materials will be made available and are covered by the course fee, as are the ingredients used during the course. Study materials will be provided in English. The language of teaching is English.

In order to receive your diploma you also need to meet  a 25-hour-long internship over the year.
